Geography
Studying geography is so important for children, regardless of their age or stage of learning. Geography helps them to make sense of the world around them and fires their curiosity in places and people. It engages pupils in their world, often spurring them into action, and geography is fun! Geography is essentially about the study of places, the human and physical processes, which shape them and the people who live in them. Skills developed through Geography help pupils make sense of their surroundings and the wider world. We aspire to provide high quality geographical provision which should inspire in pupils a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.
